How long until my order ships?

If your design is already in stock, your order typically ships within 1-3 business days. If it needs to be made, it typically ships within 5-9 business days. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it’s on its way.
Will my bag look exactly like the photo?

Close, but not identical, every piece is hand-pressed and hand-bedazzled by Rebecca, so small differences in rhinestone placement or patch positioning are normal and part of what makes it genuinely one-of-a-kind. No two bags are ever exactly the same.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Since every piece is made to order and one-of-a-kind, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there was an error on our end, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
