All of our pieces are handmade to order, so please read our processing times carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

• If your design is already in stock: your order is typically completed within 1–3 business days.

• If your design needs to be ordered: your order is typically completed within 5–9 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time, once your order is completed and shipped, delivery takes additional time depending on your location and shipping method.

Shipping Costs & Carriers
USPS/UPS — rates calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delays
Because every piece is made by hand, processing times may occasionally run longer during high-order periods (holidays, sales, restocks). We'll always do our best to communicate any delays.

International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
