Every piece from Created by Rebecca is handmade and one-of-a-kind, no two are exactly alike, since each is individually pressed and hand-embellished. Because of this, please choose carefully before ordering.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with a design once it has been made.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Order Errors
If we made an error on your order (wrong item, wrong design), please reach out within 7 days and we’ll correct it at no cost to you.
